Photography has been a passion of mine since I was 5 years old thanks to my classic 1970's Marvel Spiderman camera. I dreamed of one day being like Peter Parker -- a photo journalist by day and a of course a Mooncricket by night. I'm proud to say that this dream is now a reality. Photography has been an integral part of all of my projects. From my random shots & having an eye for things that people may not notice to the commercial work in video and print to my exciting country wide adventures in both Ford Fiesta Movements. I humbly accepted numerous awards for this commitment -- from being published in national publications to winning Best Body of Work for photography in chapter one of the Ford Fiesta Movement presented by Ford Motor company.
My favorite Christmas present as a kid in 1978 at the age of 4 years old. I went crazy over this little 8mm projector. It came with some of my favorite Disney movies and I would entertain my little sister by cranking the side arm to keep the silent film rolling that either projected on the little monitor or I would project the image onto the wall as a movie projector. 1979 my brother was born and I would continue to entertain him until the mid 80s until the bulb finally burned out. This projector really inspired me to want to animate, draw, paint and one day make movies. Today my 1978 Fisher Price projector sits in my garage for the memories to remind me to not give up and accomplish my childhood goals to make films.
I just recently found out from my mother that we she still has old 8mm film that they filmed of me while using this projector. They said in the 8mm film I'm glued to the projection excited as if I thought I was creating the movie she said. She said she created a monster lol. I will transfer those old 8mm movies onto to DVD as soon as I can.
My Bio story will continue. Check back for updates.
